If you opt to pay the deposit only, you may pay the balance by cash/check at the activity or make installment payments by credit card through the login account you receive at registration. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file on 11/22/23.
Longlea Conference Center activities are open to participants regardless of financial circumstances. Anyone who has difficulty paying the regular rates is encouraged to attend the activity and pay what he can, when he can.

Diet Considerations
Due to staff limitations, Longlea can provide diet options to no more than three persons, available on a first come, first served basis.
Longlea is unable to cater to vegan, gluten-free or specialty diets. However, a gluten-free person can usually choose among the items provided at meals.

Changes and Cancellations Policy
Refunds are in the form of coupons only.
Changes: Coupons are issued, for the amount (or deposit) paid, for changes made more than 7 days prior to the start date of an event, less an administrative fee of $25 ($10 for deposits). The coupon amount can be applied to another event until December 31st, 2025.
Cancellations: Coupons are not issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start date of an event.
Longlea Conference Center Inc. reserves the right to decline a reservation for any reason. If a reservation is declined, a full refund will be issued.
