Diet Considerations
Due to staff limitations, Longlea can provide diet options to no more than three persons, available on a first come, first served basis.
Donations to Longlea Conference Center
Longlea Conference Center activities are open to participants regardless of financial circumstances. Anyone who has difficulty paying the regular rates is encouraged to attend the activity and pay what he can, when he can.
To make this policy possible and to help support the large apostolic work that is carried out through Longlea Conference Center, please consider making a donation over and above your activity payment. Donations may be made by credit card or by check payable to Longlea Conference Center, Inc.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
Refunds are in the form of coupons only.
Changes: Coupons are issued, for the amount (or deposit) paid, for changes made more than 7 days prior to the start date of an event, less an administrative fee of $25 ($10 for deposits). The coupon amount can be applied to another event until December 31st, 2027.
Cancellations: Coupons are not issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start date of an event.
Longlea Conference Center Inc. reserves the right to decline a reservation for any reason. If a reservation is declined, a full refund will be issued.
