Longlea Conference Center activities are open to participants regardless of financial circumstances. Anyone who has difficulty paying the regular rates is encouraged to attend the activity and pay what he can, when he can.

Changes and Cancellations Policy

Refunds are in the form of coupons only.

Changes: Coupons are issued, for the amount (or deposit) paid, for changes made more than 7 days prior to the start date of an event, less an administrative fee of $25 ($10 for deposits).

Cancellations: Coupons are not issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start date of an event.

Longlea Conference Center Inc. reserves the right to decline a reservation for any reason. If a reservation is declined, a full refund will be issued.
